Adaptor™ |

| Self-adjusting centering adaptor for
spline arbor saws intended for use in saw grinders and other circular saw maintenance
equipment. This is the first centering adaptor to combine accuracy, ease of
use, and low maintenance. Furthermore, the same adaptor is convertible by the user to
lobe or to involute spline style.

FEATURES
|
|
|
 A simple "push on-pull off" action is required to mount
and replace a blade.
|
|
|
The accuracy is achieved with 12 preloaded hardened pins engaging
the splines. The Adaptor will clamp any saw to the accurate
center even if the lobes
are indexed inaccurately, the eye of the saw is oval, or the wear of the lobes is uneven.
|
|
|
|
Superior reliability of the Adaptor is accomplished by the design
of only two movable parts (Patent pending). The parts are separated sufficiently
that the grinding dust is flushed away without affecting the mechanism. |
|
|
|
The Adaptor can be converted to lobe or to involute spline style by
simple relocating pins to the appropriate pockets. |
